For me, I’ve just boiled it down to this very simple thing…be a person of your word and always try to do the right thing.

Who are you when no one’s looking? How do you think, and what do you say and do naturally without effort or question? Character reflects your values ingrained at a soul level. My values dictate I go to great lengths to deliver what I promise, be dependable, practice unquestionable ethics, live with good moral principles, and have the courage, to be honest. People know me to be dependable and authentic.

Yes, integrity is what you do when no one’s looking. It is the single most important thing to me when I say or do anything. It’s important to me to surround myself with people of equally good character and integrity. I attract those people as my friends and clients…like you!!
